Spring into Colour

This May half-term we have teamed-up with Little Muddy Boots to help you learn more about, and create your own colourful garden or window box displays, using bright fruit and vegetables and fabulous blooms.

From Saturday, 24 May to Sunday, 1 June 2025 (excluding Monday, 26 May 2025), between the hours of 11.00 am and 4.00 pm, you can visit our pop-up garden space in Union Square, where the team from Little Muddy Boots will be on hand to show how easy it is to bring colour into your garden space. On Bank Holiday Monday, May 26 2025, although the pop-up garden will be closed, face painters will be in Union Square with flower designs to delight young visitors.

There will also be bookable workshops each day where you can get crafty and decorate your own pot, sow some seeds and taste some delicious home-grown fruit.

• Suitable for Children aged 1- 7 years old.
• These classes are one-off bookable classes for half term and tickets must be booked in advance.
• This is a stay and play session and parents must stay with their children for the class.
