Wassailing is an old English custom to celebrate and protect fruit trees and make sure of a good harvest.
Come and enjoy a simple revival of this seasonal tradition by firelight. The event will be accompanied by lively music and dancing with the OBJ Morris Dancers.
This event is suitable for all.
Feel free to bring cider or apple juice but please drink responsibly.
A torch is advisable.
The event starts at the north car park, off Lily Hill Road.
