Understanding Your Baby - 6 week course

Held at the Alders Family Hub is the very popular Understanding Your Baby course! 

The course runs for 6 weeks starting Tuesday 20th February 2024 9.30-11.00am.

This course is suitable for newborn babies up to the age of 3 months old.

Each week you will learn about a variety of topics including the below and many more:

*Understanding yours and your babies feelings

*Brain development and crying

*Healthy sleep patterns

* Feeding

*Play and development

*Childcare options

Please be aware when booking onto the course that it is a 6 week programme every Tuesday and you will need to be able to attend all sessions. Babies do not require a ticket, please only book ONE ticket for each adult attending the course. To book your space click here.
