The Birch Hill Community Centre provides meeting facilities for local groups and other private social functions for the residents of Birch Hill in Bracknell.

To book the Community Centre, please contact the Lettings Officer to check when the centre is available. Providing the centre is available, you will be asked to come in person to visit the centre to see around the centre, complete a booking form, and pay the deposit.

A third of the total hire charge is required as a deposit to confirm the booking. 

The remainder of the hire charge is due the week before the hire date, along with a damage deposit. The size of the damage deposit varies depending on the activity taking place, but is usually between £150 and £250. 

Birch Hall Community Centre is available for booking for private functions, such as children's birthday parties, quiz nights, and wedding receptions. Please note the do not taking booking for parties for aged 14 - 21yrs.
