Carnation Hall is situated in its own grounds in Chavey Down Road, Winkfield. It is a well-maintained, fully soundproofed facility including a PA sound system with hearing loops for the hard of hearing in the Main Hall and Lounge.  The Main Hall has a fully sprung wooden dance/sports floor and is big enough to accommodate a bouncy castle. Staging is available at an extra cost.

Carnation Hall has 28 large tables (6′ x 2″) and 180 adult chairs, 25 children’s tables (2’6″ sq) and 50 children’s chairs.

There are three rooms at Carnation Hall, which may be hired separately or in any combination.

• Main Hall – 8m high (26ft)  –  Size: 18m x 11m (198m squared) – Capacity: 180
• Lounge – Size: 8.3m x 6m (58.6m squared)  –  Capacity: 30
• Meeting Room  –  Size: 4.5m x 5.5m (26.3m squared)  –  Capacity: 15 adults/25 children seated

Bouncy Castles can be accommodated in the Main Hall and are allowed, provided the equipment has a current valid PIPA number and Public Liability Insurance.  If your hire of a bouncy castle does not include an attendant, there will be a £16.80 insurance surcharge. There is a well equipped kitchen which is available to all users on a shared basis. If there are events in more than one room at the same time, the kitchen will be shared unless one party has pre-booked exclusive use of the kitchen.
