Great Hollands Pavilion
The Community hall at Great Hollands Pavilion is available for one-off hires such as children’s and family birthday parties, wedding receptions, funeral wakes, anniversary celebrations, and other special occasions.
The hall is available from 9am every day and must be vacated by:
9pm Sunday – Thursday
10pm Friday and Saturday
Available for:
One off hires
Minimum of 3 hour booking for one-off hire
Setting up and clearing up must be included in the booking time
Alcohol may be served for private functions. A TENS licence must be obtained from Bracknell Forest Council if alcohol is to be sold (i.e. a mobile bar).
Decorations permitted but only with blue tack, not tape.
Situated within a public open space – use of which must be fully supervised at all times and the office advised.
If using confetti, please use biodegradable, not foil or glitter.
Music – noise levels to be monitored by the hirer
Purpose built barbeque on the green space near the hall – no need to book
Fully accessible toilet facilities including changing table and hoist
